We want our customers to know there is a real family and a real story behind the name. Every part of the restaurant reflects our goal of creating great food that customers can enjoy at home, at work, or at their next gathering.
A Family Story Behind D&Colie's Pizza
D&Colie's Pizza is a family-owned restaurant at 2070 N Rand Rd # C in Palatine, IL. Our story begins with Dimitar, known as "D," and his wife, Nicole, whom we call Colie. Dimitar is Bulgarian, while Colie was born and raised here in Illinois. The name D&Colie's reflects their family and the personal story behind the restaurant. We built this place to share the foods we love with our community through delivery, carryout, and catering. We do not offer dine-in or curbside pickup.
A Rare Faulds Pizza Oven
One feature that makes D&Colie’s Pizza different is our Faulds pizza oven. We have fully renovated this rare oven and brought it back into use. It is an important part of our pizza-making process and gives our restaurant a connection to traditional pizza equipment. We are proud to have preserved something that is not commonly found today
